Mental health matters to all of us.

Depression and bipolar disorder affect more than 59 million Americans and account for 90% of the nation’s suicides every year. We provide peer support to help people in recovery. Will you help?

The mission of DBSA of Oklahoma is to provide hope, help, education, and support
to improve the lives of people living with mental health disorders.

Our Norman group will not be meeting tonight, March 7, 2024 due to a scheduling conflict. You may join the Rural Zoom Group tonight at 6:30pm as another option. To join the Zoom group, please follow the link below.

Sorry for any inconvenience and we will see you next week at our regular time.

We’ve Been There.  We Can Help.

Approximately 600,000 Oklahomans will experience a mental health issue this year.  The majority will not find the services and support they need to be well.  This must change. DBSAOK is committed to ensuring that all people experiencing mental health issues have access to the right services at the right time so that they may be well.  We believe in recovery and all that entails.

We are the only statewide organization in Oklahoma that offers free, confidential, and non-judgmental peer support groups for people who experience depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. Our groups are led by trained peer facilitators who have lived experience with mental illness and recovery and they offer a safe and supportive space where people can share their stories, learn coping skills, and find hope and inspiration.  Over the past decade, more than 71,000 people have directly benefitted from these efforts.

DBSA Oklahoma is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support, education, and advocacy for individuals living with behavioral health disorders, as well as their families and friends.

We are great smart fast
